Answers to key questions for you as tenant:

How can I book private fair accommodation?

You contact FAIR connection to tell us about your needs and wishes and we will send you a non-binding offer with all the necessary terms and conditions.

After you have accepted an offer, you will receive confirmation from FAIR connection by e-mail. It's that simple!


How is the arrival and departure for my private room(s) arranged?

You will arrange the exact time of your arrival with the landlord. The telephone number of the landlord will be provided by FAIR connection so that you can contact him or her directly. You should arrive by 8 pm if possible. If you have to arrive later, please inform FAIR connection.

On your day of departure, the premises must be vacated by 12 noon. The key handed over to you on your arrival will be handed back to the landlord.


May the guests change during the fair?

A change of guests during the rental period is no problem. If you are only renting for a single night, we make a surcharge of EUR 5.00 for such an eventuality. If a change of tenant only comes about later, tell the landlord so that the rooms can be cleaned and the beds remade.


How is the payment made?

How you pay for your private accommodation is determined by you after confirmation. You can pay the landlord in cash on arrival or transfer the amount to FAIR connection in advance.

What do we need from you?

In order to effectively advertise your apartment or house, we need digital photographs of the premises offered for rent. The photos should be taken in daylight and depict the premises just as the tenant will find them.


Accessibility during the fair?

You should be able to be reached by phone during the fair. The arrival of the guests will be coordinated with you.


How is the arrival and departure of guests arranged?

The keys are handed over to the tenants on their arrival. FAIR connection will give you the necessary contact details after confirmation.


Breakfast for the guests?

If the guest has booked the room with breakfast, breakfast details should then be agreed with the guest.


Cleaning the rented premises?

We expect the rented premises to be cleaned on a daily basis. Enough towels should be made available to the guest.
